Concierge care means healthcare that comes to you. Instead of only connecting through telemedicine or an office setting, Eden will  bring personalized, one-on-one medical care directly to your home. This service is designed for patients who value convenience, comfort, and the extra time and attention that comes with an in-home visit.

• Step 1: Schedule – Concierge visits are available to current patients as an add-on option. We’ll arrange a time that works for you.
• Step 2: In-Home Care – We travel to your home for your appointment, whether it’s a functional medicine follow-up, a hormone optimization check-in, or a wellness visit.
• Step 3: Continued Support – After your visit, you’ll receive a detailed plan, access to messaging, and the same functional medicine support as always—just with the added comfort of being cared for in your own space.
