- Step 1: Schedule – Concierge visits are available to current patients as an add-on option. We’ll arrange a time that works for you.
- Step 2: In-Home Care – We travel to your home for your appointment, whether it’s a functional medicine follow-up, a hormone optimization check-in, or a wellness visit.
- Step 3: Continued Support – After your visit, you’ll receive a detailed plan, access to messaging, and the same functional medicine support as always—just with the added comfort of being cared for in your own space.
